Registrations
An electrical registration shows that the holder has completed a course of training (or the equivalent) that included practical on-job experience, examinations and safety training. The number of registrations at 30 June 1998 was 31,092, a net decrease of 246. 1,263 new registrations were issued during the year.
During the year 1,639 names were removed from the register.
