Practising Licences

A registered electrical worker can be seen to be competent by the holding of a current practising licence. He/she must have a licence if working for payment or reward.

A total of 19.479 practising licences were issued in the year covered by this report, This compares with the total of 20,214 issued in the year to 30 June 1997, 16,600 in the year to June 1996 and 17,265 in the year to June 1995.
