The communications strategy commenced at the beginning of
this year continues be developed with further advertising
programmes implemented.
The Board's message to homeowners is "use a licensed
electrical worker who issues you with a certificate of
compliance or an electrical safety certificate."
Partnerships have been enhanced with industry training
organisations.
The Board again worked within its operating budgets.
A new structure for the Board has been introduced with the
Group Manager/Registrar being directly accountable for
operational performance.
There has been full participation in the EnergySafe
legislation development programme.
