  
10. Practising Licence Refresher CourseIn the October 2003 issue of ELECTRON the Board sought comment on the new minimum requirements for practising licence refresher courses. By the closing date for submissions approximately three hundred people or organisations had provided comments. Following full consideration of the responses and issues raised by commentators the Board has referred the draft minimum requirements to the Registrar for further research and consultation. The Registrar is required to report back to the Board by June 2004. As a result of the Board's decision the Board is targeting 2005 for the "start up" of "across the board" revised practising licence refresher courses.
