Impacted services: RealMe login outage

The Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) are upgrading their RealMe services from 9pm on Friday 9 April to 9pm Sunday 11 April 2021.

During this planned outage, you will be unable to access the practitioner portal. The public register and website will be available.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

From Sunday 11 April, you will no longer be able to access RealMe through an Internet Explorer browser. Please use, or download a new internet browser, such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
