Application processing timeframes

The processing timeframe starts once your application has been reviewed and is deemed complete.

Please do not contact us unless the processing time for your application has passed. We will contact you if we need more information from you or once we have completed the assessment of your application.

Applications received by mail or post may take up to 10 working days longer to process than applications submitted through our licensing portal. The fastest way for your application to be processed is to complete it in the online licensing portal.
