- Summary: The Board found the Respondent had negligently created a risk of serious harm to any person, or a risk of significant property damage, through having carried out non-compliant prescribed electrical work in respect to of multiple properties and had on two occasions failed to provide a CoC/ESC. The Respondent also failed to have high risk work inspected prior to livening. Two alleged disciplinary offences were not upheld due to insufficient evidence. The respondent was ordered to pay a fine of $4,000 and costs of $1,575.
