Endorsed class of registration
To become registered in an endorsed area, you must already hold the main registration class.
You need to meet the registration requirements for the endorsed class before you apply. This includes demonstrating sufficient experience carrying out prescribed electrical work in the endorsed work area you are applying for.
See the list of endorsed classes below for details of the training, skills, and experience required to register in each class.
Using the streamlined application process, you can apply for registration in more than one endorsed class for a single registration fee.
Overseas-trained applicants should apply for registration using the overseas trained application process. Australians applying under the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Agreement (TTMRA) should apply using the TTMRA application process.
